Meet Nidhi
With over 12 years of experience, Nidhi Tandon, MS CCC-SLP founded ThinkSpeech with a simple belief — that every child deserves to find their voice.
Her warm, evidence-based approach combines structured literacy, play-based therapy, and a genuine passion for the children and families she works with. Nidhi specializes in working with children, teens, and adults across a wide range of speech and language needs — from dyslexia and reading disorders to social communication and autism.
Nidhi takes a whole person approach — looking beyond the presenting diagnosis to understand each client's unique strengths, challenges, learning style, and goals. Because real progress happens when the whole person is seen and supported.
Nidhi offers in-person sessions at our Fairfax, VA office and telehealth services to clients across Northern Virginia — including Ashburn, Loudoun County, and surrounding areas. bringing expert, personalized therapy to families across Northern Virginia and beyond.
